Selecting and submitting to a scientific journal
Helen Eaton, Senior Commissioning Editor at the Royal Society, will give a presentation on how to choose the most suitable journal to submit your research to, and tips for how you can maximise your chance of having your paper accepted for publication. It will also cover common journal policies and processes.
This session will benefit anyone who is new to publishing in journals, or would like to learn more about the publishing process. Helen will be available for questions afterwards, and will stay around after the talk for anyone who would like to meet her.
